Form1 / Replicator comparison

This is a comparison of the same model printed with a Makerbot Replicator2 and a Form1. This model need to be the exact dimension. Parts like motors, cables and screw can perfectly fit.

First of all you can print thread with the form1, it's almost impossible with the replicator, ultimaker and thing-o-matic

The black one is printed with a replicator, the other is printed with the form1.

Dimensions:

Replicator : 59,95 mm 25,25mm hole 3,90mm

Form1 : 60,3mm 25,02mm hole 3,99mm

Model : 60mm 25mm hole 4mm

Form1 make better round shape and better rounded hole.

You can then assemble with other parts :

The servo motor, nuts, screws and the ball bearing fit correctly.
