This page is an archive of iMAL's wiki that operated between 2012 and 2022. It documented projects, residencies and workshops mostly taking place at iMAL's Fablab.

Older & newer Fablab projects are now found at fablab.imal.org

Wall mounts - Creative FabLab '20

We had a 4 day workshop at Wikimal and had the opportunity to try out the 3D printers, the lasercutter and the fraser/cnc machine.

I focused on the problem of displaying paper projects, such as posters, or drawings. I wanted something to support it and something that it could hang on.
So I made my own version of a wall mount for the support and the clamp/clip part.

The resulting pictures are of mainly tests but also the process of how they were made.

I mainly used the 3D printer for the support, and the lasercutter for the clamp.
