CONSTANTINE FERREO-KONOSFER
Constantine Ferreo-konosfer (1951): Born in Athens, Greece, where he attended workshops/apprenticeship in architectural drawing, photography, painting (Serafianos Studio) and applied arts (Vacalo College). Fugitive from the colonel’s regime he obtained refugee status in Canada and became Canadian citizen. Studied and graduated the Ontario College of Art with honors (prize and medal in General Studies), and part-time film/video at Ryerson Polytechnic. Worked as film assistant (editing and special effects), audiovisual operator, painter of opera sets and graphic designer. Won awards, exhibited in galleries, public spaces and outdoor locations(street art). The last 20 years exposure of his work has been limited. Resident of Belgium.
